These terms of service set the rules for using the myronchem.lol register. MKronChem, the developer of the register, prepared the site for MK MIRACLE INDUSTRY CO., LIMITED, which operates the specialty chemical formulating and toll blending service described across the pages. By using the website, an order desk, a sample return or the enquiry form, a visitor accepts these terms as they stand and as later updated.

Who these terms bind

These terms bind any person or legal entity that reads the register, files an enquiry, books a run, orders a sample or sends material to the site. When two or more buyers act together, each remains jointly answerable for the obligations that arise from its shared instruction unless a written agreement says otherwise.

The terms also bind MKronChem and MK MIRACLE INDUSTRY CO., LIMITED in their capacity as the operator, and bind any permitted subcontractor to the extent it performs work on behalf of the Company under a specific engagement. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory right that cannot be waived by agreement.

Nature of the register

The website is a working register and an order desk, not a public marketplace. Page entries describe the services the Company offers under standard engagement: small-batch formulating, toll blending, QC testing and release, regulatory dossiers, sourcing of raw materials and pilot batches. The text is informative and a precise price or specification always comes from a written quotation.

No entry on the register is, by itself, an irrevocable offer to sell unlimited quantities at an implied price. Each project needs a named batch, a specification and a confirmed quotation before work begins. The register keeps the reader honestly informed but does not substitute for the formal proposal that precedes chargeable work.

Acceptance of the services

A project is accepted only when MKronChem confirms, in writing, that it can meet the brief and states the price and the delivery date. That written confirmation is the point of contract. Filing an enquiry or returning a sample forms no binding obligation either way until that confirmation is given and, where required, countersigned.

Any change a client asks for after acceptance is treated as a fresh instruction. The Company confirms feasibility, adjusts the price and the schedule, and the change binds only when the client initials the revised confirmation. This keeps the ledger honest when a specification drifts midway through production.

Quotations and pricing

A quotation states a price in the currency agreed, a validity period and the batch quantity the price covers. Pricing follows the real bench: materials, labour, energy, testing, packaging and the agreed paperwork. Because some material markets swing, a quotation honored beyond its stated validity may need a price recheck.

Prices exclude duties, freight and taxes unless the quotation says otherwise in words. Where the Company collects a value added tax or a similar levy it states it separately. A quote is drawn against the brief the client gave; a materially different brief produces a materially different price rather than a silent loss on the side of the bench.

Booking and batch codes

Upon acceptance the Company issues a code from the ledger, commonly a value such as B-114 or B-289, and opens a page for the batch. That code accompanies samples, tests, certificates and retain records so the client can trace any question back to one entry. The example codes shown on the homepage are real register slots held for current and booked work.

The batch code does not by itself reserve production capacity for longer than the confirmed window. If the client does not start material supply or confirm packaging by the agreed date, MKronChem may rebook the slot to another order and offer the client the next available start. Reasonable notice is always given before such a move.

The client brief

The client is responsible for giving a complete and truthful brief: the intended use, the required performance, the acceptable limits, any regulatory classification and any health or safety caution the formulation raises. A hidden end use can change entirely how the product must be made, tested and described.

Where the client knows of a restriction in its target market, such as an ingredient ban or a child safety rule, it must state that restriction before MKronChem drafts the formula. MKronChem works to the stated brief and flags obvious conflicts, but the client owns the accuracy of its own market claims and labels.

Formula ownership and confidentiality

A formula developed from a client idea, and paid for by the client, comes to the client as the entity that decides its own marketing and its own protection. MKronChem does not publish the composition. Where laws require disclosure of an ingredient for a label, the Company helps write the compliant minimum and does not volunteer extra.

On toll work the client supplies its own formula and MKronChem processes it without copying it into a public record; the standing method card describes the process without reproducing the secret list. Each party keeps confidential the material the other marks as confidential, subject to the statutory duty to show regulators or customs.

Supply of raw materials

When MKronChem sources raw materials, the client receives proof of what arrived and the source reference. Where a client supplies its own materials, the client warrants they are legal to move across the relevant border, correctly classified and free of hidden contaminants that would poison a bench.

The Company logs each incoming lot and keeps a receipt record so a quality question can be traced to a supplier. A charge or swap of source is disclosed. If a supplied lot fails the agreed incoming test, MKronChem quarantines it and gives the client the measured result rather than running questionable material into the batch.

Production standards

Batches are made under the standing method used across the register: written procedure, logged weights, controlled mixing and dated records. The work does not claim an external quality certificate for every job; where a client needs one, QC testing and release or a third-party audit is agreed as part of the package.

Filling weights and container choices follow the quotation. Where a batch deviates, the deviation is recorded, given its own number and reported to the client with the measured extent, so that nothing leaves the site labelled differently from what the bench observed in the drum.

QC testing and release

QC testing measures the batch against the agreed acceptance range using the tests named in the specification. The certifying record shows the measured value and the acceptable band for each property, and it is signed as a release only when every recorded value sits in its band or a written deviation has the client approval.

A release applies to the tested unit with its named retain sample. It does not extend to other lots drawn from the same idea. Each separate production lot is tested separately, because chemistry is not uniform enough to trust standing data from an earlier month on a later drum.

Samples and returns

Development samples are sent on the basis that the recipient stores them sensibly, keeps them away from children and does not misuse them. A sample is not a substitute for a stability programme. Test results on a sample describe that sample and the stated storage, not every future identical drum.

Unwanted samples may be returned at the senders cost within a reasonable period and will be disposed of or destroyed under the hazards the material carries. MKronChem retains its own copy where law requires traceability and states clearly when a kept sample must stay in a sealed registry rather than on an open shelf.

Delivery and title

Title to the goods passes on the terms stated in the quotation or the invoice, commonly at the point of loading or at the named destination. Risk follows the same stated rule. MKronChem packs to the standard that keeps the goods safe for the agreed route and marks them lawfully.

A delay caused by customs, acts of nature or a transport interruption is communicated promptly rather than hidden. Time limits in a quotation that carry real consequence are put in writing at acceptance, and both parties then treat the date as binding or agree a moved date in the same written way.

Warranty and disclaimer

MKronChem warrants that a released batch, tested under the agreed method and stored as stated on the label, will meet the written acceptance range in force at release. Beyond that measurement the Company makes no statement about how the product will perform in an end use it was not told about and did not test.

The register text is provided as general information about capability. It does not amount to a guarantee of any specific result, and figures about timing or batch size reflect normal bench behaviour rather than a fixed promise for every engagement. A client relying on a specific figure should hold MKronChem to the written quotation for that engagement.

Limitation of liability

Each party is liable for the harm its own breach causes, but the register operates on a proportionate footing. MKronChem liability for a batch claim is limited to the price paid for the affected batch or the cost of a rework run, whichever the client prefers, together with any direct loss the applicable law requires to be compensated.

Neither party is liable for lost profit, loss of goodwill or other indirect losses that a written supply contract does not specifically place on it. Nothing in this section limits either party liability for death or injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud, where the governing law forbids such a limit.

Intellectual property

The layout, text and register design of this website are prepared by MKronChem and remain its work product. A visitor may read, cite and link to the pages. A visitor may not take the text or design wholesale to build a competing register, nor reuse the register tab names to pass off another bench as this one.

Names used in client work, the Company name and the batch codes remain owned by the party that owns them. MKronChem does not claim ownership over a client brand by making a batch for it, and use of a name in a shipping record is factual record keeping rather than a claim of ownership.

Lawful use of the website

The visitor agrees to use the register for its intended business purpose. It is prohibited to scrape the pages at speed, to send a flood of automated enquiries designed to overwhelm the desk, to test the site for vulnerabilities beyond the hosting layer normal checks, or to use the content to mislead another buyer about who operates this bench.

The desk keeps the right to refuse an order, to close a register entry and to block an address where conduct is abusive, fraudulent or plainly outside the lawful purpose of a specialty chemical workstation. No refusal removes a legal right the visitor already holds independently of this site.

Cancellation and returns

A client may cancel a confirmed booking by written notice before production starts, subject to covering genuine costs already committed, such as a specific material purchase made for the run. After production starts, cancellation is limited to stopping further runs on terms agreed in the confirmation and paying for work and material done to date.

A consumer-style cooling period applies only where the governing law gives it. Because most register customers are trade and business buyers acting for a company, the ordinary trade rules of the supply contract and of Hong Kong commercial custom govern their engagement rather than a consumer window that does not reach them.

Fees, deposits and invoicing

An accepted quotation states when the deposit falls due and when the balance follows on dispatch. Development work is often invoiced partly in advance so that material can be reserved; toll work usually runs against the client owned material and is invoiced after release. Each invoice repeats the batch code so a payment can be matched to the drum that earned it.

Payment terms follow the industry norm of the destination unless the quotation names another term. A late payment may carry the interest the governing law allows, and MKronChem may pause further runs until an overdue balance is settled, always giving written notice first. Where a regulation fee, such as a customs surcharge or a sample registry charge, is imposed by authority after the quote, it is passed on at cost with the authority reference shown.

Records and traceability

Every released batch produces a small family of records: the production log, the weight sheet, the test certificate, the retain label and the dispatch note. These records tie the batch code back to the material sources and forward to the customer delivery. MKronChem keeps them for as long as the traceability and customs law for the relevant chemistry and destination requires, and it makes a copy available to the client on request after a written enquiry.

The client agrees to keep the register records intact and legible alongside its own stock once ownership passes, so that a downstream recall or a regulator site check can follow the same trail without guesswork. The two parties treat the batch code as the shared key to the whole story of the drum and agree not to re-label a code onto a different product in a way that would break the trail.

Compliance with regulations

MKronChem and the client each comply with the regulations that govern its own side of the work. MKronChem complies with the chemistry, transport, labelling and customs duties that attach to making and moving the batch in Hong Kong and on the agreed export path. The client complies with the rules of its own destination market, including any downstream labelling duty that needs product data the client alone can confirm.

Where the two overlap, the register carries a dossier task so that a needed declaration is agreed before ship rather than discovered at a border. Neither party asks the other to act illegally or to conceal a fact an authority is entitled to see. If a new rule changes how a running product must be described, the parties adapt the dossier promptly and split the added cost on the terms later agreed in writing.

Governing law and disputes

Unless a signed contract chooses a different forum and law, these terms are governed by the law of Hong Kong. The parties first try to settle any difference by direct written discussion through the desk at info@myronchem.lol and the telephone line +15027168211, because a batch complaint is usually resolved fastest at the bench.

Where discussion fails, the dispute goes to the competent court of Hong Kong. Nothing in these terms prevents a party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where delay would cause serious harm, such as misuse of a confidential formula about to be published or the imminent misuse of the register identity.

These terms are reviewed when the service changes and are dated at the head of this page. By filing an enquiry, returning a sample or accepting a quotation the visitor re-confirms these terms as they read on the day that action occurs.
